Non-GMO

Over the last decade, the phrase "genetically modified organisms," or GMOs, has become increasingly common in media coverage and consumer discussions. You may have found yourself wondering: what exactly is a GMO?

A GMO is a plant, animal, or microbe whose DNA has been modified in the laboratory using genetic engineering techniques to alter the characteristics of an organism or favor the expression of desired traits. USDA

ISO

International Organization for Standardization, or the more commonly known ISO, is a set of standards for creating a customer focused quality management system (QMS). Adherence to ISO has allowed PINAPUR by PARCHEM - Fine & Specialty Chemicals to process 98.8% of orders without incident. It has allowed us to instill trust into our growing customer base. Most importantly, it pushes us to respond efficiently to your needs and provide the best services possible. ISO provides a comprehensive description of standards that require adherence. Some guiding principles include:

At our company it is not enough to be certified and adhere to ISO 9001:2015. We desire to utilize the standard to its fullest potential, growing our business, and providing the highest quality services to our valued customers. The primary way in which we verify optimal use of the standard is through audits of our system. ISO recommends internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS. Here at our facility, it has been made policy to complete recurring internal audits of the ISO 9001:2015 QMS. We feel an internal audit alone is not enough to truly measure our adherence to the system. That is why after completing our internal audit, we contract a third party auditor to evaluate our QMS. FDA

The Food and Drug Administration, or FDA, is the primary governing body for products intended for human consumption in the US. By imposing a strict set of regulations, the FDA allows us to be sure what we are putting into our bodies is safe. PINAPUR by PARCHEM - Fine & Specialty Chemicals makes sure that any raw materials with an end use for human consumption are coming from FDA certified suppliers. To ensure that your product is avoiding potential contamination, we registered our facility with the FDA, thus making it a registered food facility. Our compliance to the FDA allows us to properly oversee the shipping and handling of your product and allows us to find the most qualified facilities. We are an active participant in the global initiative to prevent contamination by complying to The FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). Further, we are compliant with The Foreign Supplier Verification Programs (FSVP), ensuring food import safety by conducting hazard analysis, risk evaluation, supplier verification and corrective actions if needed.

DEA

The DEA regulations for controlled substances have made the sale of raw materials used in pharmaceutical manufacturing a complex process requiring strict compliance.
